Refund Policy

At Boost Core Fit, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized fitness coaching services. Due to the digital and customized nature of our coaching plans, we have a strict refund policy outlined below.


1. No Refunds on Digital Products and Coaching Plans

All purchases of fitness coaching programs, training plans, and digital materials are non-refundable once delivered. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Personalized workout programs

  • Nutrition guidance

  • Online coaching or check-in sessions

  • Email or WhatsApp-based support

We put time and effort into tailoring each plan specifically to your needs. Therefore, once your program has been created or initiated, we cannot offer refunds.


2. Cancellations of Subscription Plans

If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. Once a new cycle begins, no refunds will be issued for that billing period.

To cancel a subscription, please email us at contact@boostcorefit.com at least 48 hours before your next scheduled payment.


3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment was made by mistake

  • The service was not delivered at all due to a technical error on our end

If you believe your case qualifies for a refund, please contact us at contact@boostcorefit.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your full name, email used for purchase, and a detailed explanation of the issue.


4. Chargebacks

We encourage you to reach out to us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and denial of future access to our programs.
